just by lookin at em id call them v bushings because that is what they really look like. i dont have a shop so i did mine out in the yard with some jackstands and a jack. i broke all the bolts loose with the truck on the ground, then jacked up the frame where the axle is just barely touching the ground, but dont let the springs compress any, that way you will have some give to line up the bushings in the brackets, because more than likely the old ones arnt holding the axle strait anyways. i did one side at atime so the other side was holding the axle in place. when you replace them you might want to half tighen one while you do the other one and tighten both at the same time. good luck!!! this may not be the exact way to do this but it will give you some ideas on how to do it your own way that will prolly work better.
Inspect those radius arm bushings and the track arm bushings. Check if you need to replace those bushing too.
If you need to replace the radius are bushings and C-bushing, you might want to consider removing the complete axle with radius arms.
Block the rear tires as to keep them from moving. Spray down all bolts and nuts with a quality rust penetrator oil. Loosen the big radius arm nut near frame rail before lifting up the truck. Place the jack stands about 8 inches behind radius arm nut. ......

Just to let you know, when your putting on the new c bushings; they arn't going to fit nicely.
You will have to do a criss cross patern the whole time in order for the bushing to fit right. They are kind of stuburn to get in.
