Fuel cut-off, for security.
Anyone know of a good fuel cut off system? I have a 5.4 SCREW and would like to install a fuel-cut off for security purposes....not to be confused with the traffic accident safety cut-off switch.
I don't want some huge elaborate alarm system, want to keep my stock alarm, just add a manual fuel cut off to it.

A friend of mine used the cigarette lighter as a ignition cutoff switch. He rewired it so when he wanted to start it, he pushed the lighter in to complete a circuit. When he parked, he pulled the the lighter and put it in his pocket. What thief is gonna carry a spare cigarette lighter to do a boost?? Just an idea to get you started in the right direction in concealment in direct view!

Doesn't the 04-06 F-150s use a radio frequency transmitter in the key? If the thief doesn't have your key he wont be able to start the vehicle. This might only come with the advanced security option.
