Did you replace the ignition wires? They are easily broke if you don't use a ignition wire puller tool.
Replace Cap and rotor?
Did you gap the plugs to the correct gap? Are the plugs tight?
Did you use dielectric grease and coat the inside of the ignition wire boots, and put a thin film on the rotor electrode? Not the button on top, but the side electrode?

Find out which cylinder is missing would be the first thing I'd do. Remove the ignition wire from the plug on each cylinder in turn, and when the engine doesn't change, or doesn't run worse, you found your missing cylinder.
Be careful, don't want you to get shocked.
Rubber gloves would be smart.

It's possible you got some defective parts. etc... Bad plug or plugs etc... although I think unlikley. But you can never tell nowdays...
