The test revealed that about one in 11 licensed drivers in the United States would fail a state drivers test, according to GMAC Insurance.
Rhode Island ranked last year, also, with an average score of 77. Last year, Oregon's average score was 89, which still placed at the top of the rankings that year.
Based on average scores, northwestern states generally ranked highest while the bottom-ranking states were mostly in the northeast. One exception was Vermont, which ranked third. Washington state drivers ranked second. Drivers in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and the District of Columbia ranked at the bottom, with D.C. finishing just ahead of Rhode Island.
Most obviously these clowns have never been to any of the major cities in Texas. Nine out of ten couldn't pass a driving test in a mall parking lot. I'm not sure but I think to qualify now to get a Texas drivers license you have to be able to pay for the license and all fines, everything else is BS. And it is getting worse daily.
I remember taking the Louisana test some years ago. I just walked in without any study and aced the test. It was a joke. I have no doubt my 10-year old grandaughter could pass it.

Are you sure you're not talking about all the illegals?
Yeah, we drive like it's sunday everyday in the northwest. Keeps people from migrating to our neck of the woods by putting a road block of slow people in the way.
the only reason that jersey, pennsy, mass, and maryland failed the test is all the dang new york city idiots took the test and claimed they lived there instead of in ny where they came from.
