Thanx, I didn't have a chance today I had to work. One of my customers let me drive their brand new F-350 FX4 Diesel loading hay. It felt strange driving such a nice truck working instead of my workhorse.

Well I had gotten the tranny to work for about a week, the 'ol lady and I took off to Galveston for a little fishing ( caught a shark, bull red, and a few gafftops and specs) upon returning the darn thing won't even go into 1st really now. I can rev the engine and it'll crawl forward but you can tell the tranny isn't really in gear. Reverse works great! I still can't figure out why the codes won't work (Ieven took it buy Autozone) or the relation between the speedometer and the gears shifting. In the course of my work I've picked up an '88 E-150 Long Box Van with a 5.0L AOD. Atleast I'm able to work! I've found another transmission PKE-E2 F5AP 7000 AA 092098 5E. I may be wrong, but I think it's a 1995 4R70W. On a Crown Vic site they said a PKE F5AP 7000 AA is a 1995 civilian Crown Vic also used in 1994 Trucks and above. Since they're both electronic trannys will this bolt up and work in my 7.3L Diesel? How about the torque converter and drive shaft?
