Fuel Filter

How do you get the dang thing off/ I have removed the clips on both sides. Does the hose just pull off from here. I have given both a good tug, but it does not budge. Is there some other trick?

Usually, when you push the tool in to expand the spring, the fuel line just pulls out.

make sure you releave the fuel pressure athe fuel rail that will help make it come off easier.

Need special Tool

After the same frustration to get the FF off, I finally went and bought a tool to remove the FF from my local autoparts store. Came off in seconds with the tool.
