Thumbs up Jacking '86 F150

So I just bought my 1986 F150 302ci reg cab, C6 with either a BW1345 or a NP208F. Its ugly but its cheap. Plan to fix it up and take before and after snapshots of it. My first thoughts are getting a seperate used 302 and stroking it to 347 then swap it in; with little down time. Same goes for C6 & TC. But I want NP205.

Jacking It Time
I am doing it the cheap way.

3" Body lift ($100 usd) - What will some of the issues be? Will I have to fabricate or move anything?

I will lay off the 3" leafs ($380 usd pp) and throw in some 4" blocks ($125 usd pp) on the stock leafs. That seems like a lot, will I have axle wrap with that much block height?

4" Coils ($135 usd pp) laying off the spacers till new leafs are thrown in.

Will I need a new pitman arm?

What shocks do you recommend?

-------------------------------------------------------------

When cash comes in I will jack it even more with......

rear - adding 3" leafs + 4" blocks already installed
front - adding 4" coils + 3"spacer already installed
total lift = 7"

Any issues with having it jacked 7" in total? Do I need a slip yoke eliminator or CV? What about Axle Hop with a 4" block. Do you think I should keep them both the same at 7" or have the front less 1", or back up 1"?

Thank You
