No Key.....

Hey Guys,
I just "acquired" a '72 F-250 Sport Custom w/o a key. How hard will it be to remove the key cylinder and replaced it w/ a new one so I can actually start the truck when the engine is installed w/o hot-wiring it?
Thanks!

That key cylinder is pretty easy to replace. Just get a screwdriver and turn the round outer ring out of the dash like a common threaded nut. Just spin it off, drop the ignition switch out of the back of the dash, and unplug the key switch from the wire plug. There you have it, and will need to either have a replacement or go get one.
