I converted my 71 f100 to disc brakes off a 75 following tech article (very helpfull). I have new rotors. pads. hoses, calipers. Using proportion valve off 75. The problem is the brakes are dragging. With the front jacked up I can turn wheel with a good bit of resistance, if I push brake pedal and release then I can barely turn wheel at all. If I let it sit alittle while the wheel turns easier again. I've adjusted pedal travel to insure it has free play and bleed brake lines. I can tell it's dragging by driving it in the driveway. I did'nt get it on the road for fear of heating the rotors too much. Do I have a bad proportion valve? Any suggestions appreciated.
