badger flat tops

I'm rebuilding a 400 using the stock heads. Does anyone now where I can get a set of badger flat tops .040 (40010F)? I checked a couple of places, including talking to Tim at TMI today and it seems Badger is on a 6-8 week wait. Could I use cleveland pistons with a rebushing? If so what would I get to be comparable to the 400 flat tops?
