Thanks Mitch, i'll call NAPA in the AM and see what they want for a flywheel..... good point, just start at the bottom and work my way up, I just need to get under there and get going!

The only thing that is gunna mess you up is if you rush. just take your time. look at everything and remember where they go and what order they went on. just take your time,it will save you so much time in the long run if you just take it slow.

Robbgt, go to autozone.com, under "Current Vehicle" put in your truck info., click on "Reapair Info", click on "Vehicle Repair Guide", click on "Drivetrain",click on "Automatic Transmission", click on "Transmission Assembly", scroll down to your transmission. Not diesel specific, but it is the same transmission, and will guide you in the removal and installation. Good Luck.
