Sounds like a great idea ther mang! Last time I had a chance to meet up it was only mustange70 and myself who showed up, summer goes by fast so a chance to hook up and talk trucks sounds good to me.

What needs to be done is people plan to be at a car/truck show and fraternize there.

Check the Alberta cruise calender.
There are TONS of car shows going on.

Then go Look around the show in groups and talk trucks.
Then near the end of the show find a place to chow down and have a beer (yes ONE beer) unless it is stock ale and you weigh 75 lbs)

Or on a sunny weekend, Cruise up and down QE II together and pull off at a DQ or a A&W.

IMO, the reasons are obvious.

As poor as I am I have travelled to Ontario 4 times, Vancouver and points East and south 3 times,Kansas Once,Saskatoon once, all across Alberta numerous events, all in the past 5 years to meet FTE people.

You only get out of FTE what you put into it

Walk the Walk !

If it makes you feel any better, generally takes me an hour with the fire hose to get my truck clean , 2hrs if i'm using the pressure washer .

That's a great idea, mostly because that's where I am most weekends.

In case anyone wants to go to a "Central" location, the club formally known as "Central Alberta Classic Ford Club" which is now called "Ford Central" is having a show this weekend - June 17 at MGM Ford/Lincoln which is on 32 nd and Gaetz in RED DEER. Everybody welcome. I'll be there with the '56 AND the first showing of the "65 with matching holiday trailer. That way if I have more than one beer, I can sleep it off............chow

I'll be there just make sure you get yours

Maybe I should bring my Truck purchased at MGM back in 1978 and pull my matching holiday trailer that can serve as a beer tent?
