So the Superduty and I just took a trip a few weeks ago to Florida from Michigan and she ran great there and back. Put on about 3 thousand miles round trip. About a week after being home I was driving to work when all of a sudden it sounded as if the engine was missing and rinning very rough even shaking the truck. Then all of a sudden it went away, few miles down the road at a red light it started to do the same thing. This was probably 3 weeks ago, since then it has done this a total of about 6 times. I have also noticed a large drop in mpg and power, when I get on it it doesnt pick up or pull like it use to. Any thoughts? I need to get my baby back in shape.

 

First, I would get it down to the stealership and have them pull the codes. Second, sounds like an injector problem.
