exhaust

I want to put stacks on my truck with rain caps just because I like the look. So I got all the 2.5'' pipe to run duals back to the bed and I had a set of stainless steel pipes that were 32'' long that I thought would work but now I see that there only 2''od pipe not the 2.5 I remembered it being. So my ? is will it be okay to use these or will it hurt my performance. As long as the performance doesn’t drop below stock I’ am fine with it. What do you guys think?

twin 2 inch pipes will work, but it may look funny. twin 3 or 4 inch will look and sound better.

You are almost 60% ahead with the 2" dual exhaust rather than the single 2 1/4" stock exhaust so I wouldn't sweat it. The benefit increase to go to dual 2 1/2 is not there given that you already paid for the 2" pipes.
