I took my 78 F-150 Supercab 351M to be rebuilt by a friend. He did not mark the vacuum lines when he took them off the engine and I have had a time trying to get a diagram. Found one on the AutoZone site but it's so small I can't see it well!! I have learned one thing with that adventure...never trust a friend. He lost the throttle return spring bracket, disconnected (and removed) my tranny cooler lines (told me they weren't necessary! I live in South GA and it gets hot here), broke my heat riser (amost impossible to find!), and now my cruise control, etc doesn't work. I have been searching for a clear diagram to put all this stuff back together again and am having trouble. I found this we site this morning and am hoping to find what I need here. Please help if you can! Kymber
by the way...I'm new at this and am learning as I go...I can fix almost anything as long as I have directions. I need to hook up all the vacuum hoses under the hood...to the carb, cruise control, power brake booster, etc. I do have air if that matters...

It sounds like an OEM manual may be what you need with all of those problems. OEM manuals on CD can be purchased from the forum Sponsor and others.
