Old Dog New Tricks (FLATHEADS)
For some of us, we might feel that if you have pre-48 flatty you are stuck with a well needed and costly conversion to get any where with timing. This is no longer the case. I wondered if any of you have used this product. It was originally made by Offe. But they stopped making it in the early 80's. Now a new small company is making them and only one vendor, I can find has them.
This is a LEAD PLATE KIT for your Pre-1948 Motor. With this plate installed it allows you to do your own timing at any time. It has been tested in the
V-12, V-8 and the 60. I just wondered if any has ever used one of these.<O
Retail is about half of what a conversion would be with new parts. So I would love some feedback!!
