Gibson Extreme Dual???
Any one running the Gibson Extreme Dual cat back on their new F150's? I was wondering how the sound compares to Magnaflow. I would guess that it sounds a little more aggressive then a Magnaflow or Flowmaster setup.

I have the Gigson single out and love the sound of it. You don't hear much in the forums about Gibson but I love mine. Good rumble at idle and when you gas it but no drone. Also looks good. Price was right on also.

Gibson does make good quality stuff. We have customers tell us that install was a breeze. We carry many brands of exhaust, but they say best for drone is the Corsa kits. It is more money, but the technology in the muffler to reduse drone is second to none. Thats a funny statement "Muffler Technology" lol For the gas side of sales we probably sell more Magnaflow than any. I think its mostly the name, cause Gibson makes great stuff just not as well know to the public. I dont think you can go wrong with any of these systems.

I have the Corsa and do not have any drone. However, it is not as loud as I had hoped for, actually close to stock sound. What sound you do get is good. I really like the polished stainless dual 4 in. tip that came with it. I still say Corsa quality is best on planet.
Brian429, When I was shopping and called a Gibson technician I was told that I would have to relocate my spare tire if I installed the Gibson Extreme Dual. Just F.Y.I. before you purchase. I called about 1.5 years ago, maybe things have changed. Good Luck!

Gibsons are the quietest on the market. Also, dual systems...by design, will be a quieter note than a single outlet.
