ATF checking and adding

How does one check and add fluid to the '03 explorer trans? I've been towing a lot and wanted to check the fluid for discoloration, only to find there is NO dipstick. How does a person refill and check after a change?

thanks for the link. Jeeeze. what a pain. I've been towing quite a bit and just thought I'd drain and refill. I guess I'll just burn it up and let the extended warranty worry about it.
