I am looking for a manual on rebuilding my 4-speed granny in my 1969
f-250. I have rebuilt engines but never attempted a manual transmission. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Of course the factory shop manual would be the best but for years I have used manuals published by MOTOR. They are a world apart from the others. Try their website.... www.motor.com

A Ford shop manual will have the info you need too. Just about any year will do, the concept is the same, just a few small differences here and there.
