I was going to get my brother saturday night and on my where there some a**hole slamed into me. I was going to take a left on to the highway and he was taking a right to head on the side street sadlly he didnt make that right all the way and me sitting there like a duck plowed to the drivers bedside while i was sitting at the red light, he pushed me into the granite curb which gave the rear axle no where to go causing the whole drivers leaf to break pop the driveshaft out of the transfer case and bend a shock mount. The guy seemed like he had been drinking a few and was an older gentlemen in his 60s, when i started screaming at him had he been drinking all he could slur out of his mouth was i tried to make a right, great i thought, so call my dad to get him over here while i do that a witness tells him to move his toyota solra or avolan to get it out of the way and he takes off wtf!!!! I have no collision on this thing, i didnt get his plate or name no did anyone else. All this by a small toyota wtf which takes off with heavy front end damage, cops dont care and no one else does this blows and it all comes out of the pocket and 90 bucks for the 1/4 mile tow to my house. What a great night i had. Just to mention i just got done restoring this truck last fall.

That sucks, but it could be worse - similar thing happend to me, but I was on a motorcycle and was knocked out. By the time I woke up the guy who hit me was gone.
