Speedo Cable

O K So I`m not the sharpest tool in the shed,I do know my way around the parts dept. but I can`t seem to find a speedo cable for my `71 250 (4 sp 4X4) Napa, Carquest, Zone, even The Ford dealer,but no avail.Any Ideas ?

If you just need the core MACS has them in 83 and I think 140" lengths to cut to fit and they have some but I think they weren't for the regular 4 speed

Thanks FE, unfortunately the previous owner didn`t do a very good job of securing the sheath and the exhaust manifold burned it pretty bad.
Any Ideas?
