Loose plugs

I got the pertronix setup and the pertronix coil. I put it in about 1 week ago, and put new spark plugs in and set them to .44 . But i had 7mm wires on it still. Today i went and got super stock accel 8mm wires from advance auto. when i was putting them in i noticed about 6 of my spark plugs were loose. I could screw them in with my hand, i know i tightened them before. Why would this happen? What would happen if i was driving a a SP actually fell out of the block? Thanks

I don't have a problem with my plugs coming loose, but I did find that my plug socket was binding against the head when I was tightening the plugs after installation. It felt like they were tight but when I checked with my bare hands I found that they still had a ways to go. Just something to check to see if this is happening to you.

What would happen ?

Well Chris, you would hear a sound like no other you have heard before. Why not start it up with 1 plug out in case it happens on its own?
It's an air pump, at its finest.

It happened on Michelle's Volvo once, look for quicky for a place to pull over.

When it happened to me I had to shampoo the seat. I was climbing Nisqually hill at about 75 mph with a 10' camper. Still don't know why it happened.
