Yeah it has factory a/c, and with my brohter a mechanic, hopefully he will switch it over to R134A for me and it'll make it easier to charge. I made the mistake once on my old chevy that i worked on and stripped the factory a/c on 67 caprice, not doing it to this truck.

That heater core is probably gonna' give you a lot of pain. Maybe not. It depends on how much access you have to the whole assembly in both the cab and the engine compartment. Maybe this isn't for you, but I found it worth my time to remove the passenger side valve cover when trying to pull out the heater core and A/C core box under the hood.

The truck had the wood grain trim around the glove box and it was pretty bad shape in numerous pieces. I replaced it with stainless steel carriage bolts and polished up the heads of the bolts. Only cost me $3.00.
