Looking to learn
Hey, y'all. I'm new to these forums, as I'm sure you can tell. I'm not real new to Ford diesels, at least to the extent that I've been around them since I was very little. But now that I've gotten one, I've been unpleasantly reminded that I know little to nothing about trucks in general, much less the guts and glory of a 1986 6.9L auto F250 XL. I'm looking for a information and helpful advice from anyone about the guts, especially, but repair and maintenence, upgrades, best parts, etc. etc. I mean, ANYTHING. I'm looking right now to make her sound a little better on the little money I've got coming in. I've been reading through here but very little makes sense with no background to build on!
