Wont Turn Over

I have a 2000 x with v10. I parked it and did a little shopping. Came back and turn the key. All the electrical fired up (radio, radar detector, etc) but the starter did nothing - no dragging, bumping or clicking. I changed the battery and still nothing. This is out of the blue - no hint of a problem before I got out of it. Can you help me?

Did you make sure that your shift lever is all the way in the park position? This happens to mine now and then and I have to shove the lever all the way over to the park position.

Does the "theft" light stay on while you have the key in the start position?. If so, you have an problem with the PATS system. Probably lost the key programing or something.

Thanks folks!! I found the problem. The starter relay was dead. $8.50 later and I'm back on the road.
