got all the rear brakes done. The excursion stop good no pulling or anything at high speeds I hit the brakes hard and everthing was great. then I left it alone for about a week drove it today ,when I hit the brakes hard at 80 mph the excursion did a nose dive but pulled sharp to the left. tryed it several more times at reduce speeds and the same front end went to the left.I did not replace the front brakes.. on the rear everthing is new .any advice is welcome thanks george
I found frozen caliper slide pins on the front and back of mine. Mine were frozen up on front left and right rear. The boots had not been put back on correctly after someone did the last brake job, and water got in there.
My symptoms were pulling HARD to the left on braking as well.
I put new caliper side pins in and also new caliper bracket, new caliper ,rotor ,pads .used the correct grease on the pins .. car was parked in garage past week.. I will check the new slide pins and see if they are working .I know the front brakes is old.thanks george
