2000 Exp Hard start/No start

2000 Exp Hard start/No start
Hello Gang,
I have a 2000 Expedition with 139,000 on the odometer. She has been alittle hard to start, takes a little longer to wind-up to start. If she starts, she runs fine. But about a week ago, I tried to start her and for about 5 mins she wouldn't. Then, when she finally did, I noticed that the clock on my radio was out. I checked the radio and it didn't work. It was raining, so I checked my wipers, they didn't work either. Well, I drove across town and parked her. Before turning her off, I noticed that the clock came back on, tried the radio and it worked, tried the wipers and they worked. Parked for about 2 hours and she wouldn't re-start.
Since she runs fine once started, I am thinking that it is something electrical. She does have the odometer blackout thing going on, and I am planning on fixing that. I really don't see how it could be involved with this though. Someone suggested that the computer could be going bad. It is not throwing any codes so far.
Any ideas???

Update, I just got her back from the local mechanic who scanned it. No active codes. However, they found a code in the memory banks. P1260 Theft Detected, Engine Disabled. They cleared this code. She is starting fine for now. But I don't think that this is the issue. I'll let you know more as I drive her. Until then I look forward to your answers and observations. Thanks.
