Removing Driver's Side Fender

I am trying to get teh fender off my 88 Bronco II. I think I must be missing some bolts somewhere. I got the 4 from under the hood, the one inside the door jam and the screws that connect it to the inner fender, but still cannot get it off. Any help would be great. Thanks.

I need to know this too, since I'll be doing mine sometime in the future (ran into a bulldozer.. don't ask lol).

There are two inside the door jam at the top and bottom, two that attach to the front fascia behind the bumper and two behind the grill next to the headlamp.
