Changing A/C Belt

I am looking for a little help changing the A/C belt on my 1988 Bronco II. I have loosened all the nuts and cannot get the compressor to rotate to put the belt on. Is there something I am missing? Thanks

Brandon

Try wd-40, unless you forgot a nut or two, ( i had to remove the a/c once, trust me, those bolts are hidden) it should work out.

Im replacing all the belts on my bronco, there just too old. Found out today that the alternaters on its way out (bent shaft, worn bearings, rotor is hitting stator), so i got to find some money for a new one soon.

I nbelieve there is another bolt at the rear of the point that the compressor
pivots, and all the bolts have to be really loose. good luck.
