Hey guys. Friend of mine just picked up a 2005 Explorer XLT. He has an Alpine radio from his old car that he wants to put in it, but we can't figure out how to get the factory radio out. It doesn't have the usual FORD keyholes on it, and that silver bezel trim around the radio, we can't figure out how that comes off either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I can't get the picture to post but if you give me a fax number i'll send you a copy.

IF it's like my '02, that finish bezel pops off, and you'll readily see the 2 screws to remove the radio. That bezel is on VERY tight, I fashioned a removal tool for it by bending a spackling knife and covering it w/ tape. It seems like it's gonna break while you're pulling it off, but at the last moment, it pops loose!
