turbo question
I have been using my 06PSD for landcaping on the side. I am currently pulling a 16'8" enclosed trailer. Most of my propertys are within a 12 block radius. With that said, the truck is being turned on and off alot of times. My question is, should i let the truck sit for a couple minutes everytime i pull up to the next house to allow the turbo to cool down b/f shutting it down. I thought i remember seeing a post in hear not to long ago regarding this topic.

You should be fine on the turbo temperatures. I would be more concerned the engine is never up to operating temps with the stop and go driving.
Just hit the highway once and awhile to clean it out good....

Since your properties are within a 12 block radius you wouldn't be putting the truck under a load for a long period of time like when towing for a long distance or climbing a hill for a few miles. It should be fine just shutting it down assuming that you are not running it hard from one end to the other.
