IAC Valve?
Does the IAC valve regulate the oil pressure? My oil pressure wont stay the same from day to day. What else could it be? Its not just the gauge either because it runs different too. I think the torque converter is going bad is there any link between the two?

Oil pressure has nothing to do with either the IAC valve or the torque converter. The oil pump pushes oil through the motor. It encounters resistance, and the result is pressure.
Your oil pressure gauge is an idiot light. You need to put a real oil pressure gauge on it before doing anything else.
