I just purchased a 2004 f-150 Lariet. I am looking for a muffler to dual straight out the back, but I don't want it very loud or have a drone. This is pretty much my wife's rig.
What would be a good choice for a deep sound but not blow away the car behind me or tick off the wife?
The stock muffler is y'ed and already has the pipes exiting the rear. How about just a muffler with dual outlets? I listened to the dyna-flows websites soundclips. They sound pretty good. I don't think I would want it any louder than that.
Thats what I like too get is just a dual x out from the muffler . I dont care about the RUMBLE just a better flow BUT I cant find anything . Any Help Would Be Nice THANKS
Try the Flowmaster 70 that is what i installed on my 04 screw and it sounds great (not loud) just a deep mellow sound when takeing off and out on the road you cant even hear it at all unless you kick it a little i think you would be very happy with this set up single in dual out at the bumper with 4 stainlees tips.
