BTS VB delivery time

How long did it take to get yours delivered? I ordered mine a week ago last Thursday but have not received it. I don't want to call Brian and seem anxious, but I am excited to put that thing in with my TruCool, Torqe-Drive ATF and Magnefine filter and put a slight suppresion on my PMS!

Lushman - I wouldn't be afraid to call - just to check up on it. I had to call them 3 times to get mine on the way to me. The first time they lost my order, and then the 2nd time, they mis-placed my credit card info....

I had to call them again after two weeks. Found that they had mis-placed my order and got it a week later.

I don't know about a receptionist since you talk with Brian directly when ordering one of the VB's?

Patti, Brian's wife, usually takes care of the orders - or at least she did mine. I had no problems getting mine. Placed the order, and in less than a week, it was here.

Hmm maybe that's the problem? I talked to Brian the first 2 times, and then Patti the last time.

Got mine in a week. It took a while because I placed the order and then they called back and said they needed some info on the ECM and the way it was going to be calibrated. Had to talk to DP-Tuner and they gave me some info to pass along to Brian.

Ahh just take a vacation day - a PMS day, if you will

Glad you got it and there was no problem!

I know the feeling. Gonna be a good day at work tommorow. It's that much better when your head is really in the game.

I don't follow. You got the VB. You got the fluid and filter and gasket. Where is the problem? It doesn;t take forever to do it. Do it after work.

That sounds like me. Get home from work late, but have parts to install on the truck. There've been nights I didn't even start a project until 9:00 or 10:00, finishing up well past midnight. I didn't mind so much, but my girlfriend didn't particularly like it.

That VB does only take about an hour to install though. Pretty straightforward.
