HI. Question
My name is larry and have own fords all my life and will only own fords products. My fleet consist of 04 f350,96 towncar,00lincoln ls,71 ltd conv,78 f100,and just purchase a 84 f150 4x4 which brings me to my question. I would like to take the body from the 78 and install it on the 84. Can this be done with out to many mods? The 84 is pretty rotted and came with a new rust free frame and cab but like the 78 bodystyle better. the reason I bought it was because they both are stepsides and the bed on the 84 is rust free where as the bed on the 78 is quite rotted. Any one have any info on doing this. Thanks a lot larry

We are happy to have you! There is a ton of great info on this site. But, before you go snooping around there are a few things you need to do first.
1) Want to meet or talk to other members in your area? There are Provincial, State and International Chapters located near the bottom of the main forum page.
2) Before you post a thread asking a question be especially aware of where (what forum) to place it in. FTE is HUGE! Make sure you read the Read First: at the top of the forum before you go posting.
3) And finally you should review the Guidelines. They will kind of give you an idea of what is and isn't allowed on this site ("The Rules").
