King pins?

King pins?
Ok my driver side on my f-250 4x4 highboy is wobbling It apears to be from top to bottom wiggle, is there such a thing as king pins or are they bushings, and how hard and what all do I need to replace them? I already replaced the 6 or so bolts that hold the spindle. Had to drill and tap them to the next size. It's sloppy around that closed knuckle. I'm going to upgrade to the disc newer style, but it's not in the budget at the moment.
