Box lenghths?
How many box lenghths are there in the Super Dutys?
Is there a 6 , 7 and 8 ft box?
I thought shortbox trucks had a 6 ft.(approx.) box?
Mines closer to 7ft. and I know there one around 8Ft?

I went & hit the websites to find what each manufacturer was claiming the bed length to be & what the actual measurement was. The numbers are as follows.
Ford F-250/350 (about 1/4 of the way down in the Cargo Bed Dimensions section)

Short - 6 3/4' (82.4")
Long - 8' (98.6")
Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 (click on Dimensions "tab" on the grey bar)Long - 8' (98.6")
Short - 6.5' (78.7")
Long - 8' (97.6")
Dodge Ram 2500/3500 (have to select bed length from drop-down box, and then expand the Exterior Dimensions section towards the bottom of the page.Long - 8' (97.6")
Short - 6 1/4' (76.3")
Long - 8' (98.3")
So, it looks like the answer is, "Yes. Ford's Super Duty boxes are longer than both those on Chevrolet's & Dodge's Heavy Duty trucks."
