I have a 94 ford ranger 2.3 liter w/ air and have to change the water pump, i have no idea how to begin this job can anyone out there give me some procedure steps please, or let me know if there is anything odd or unusual in this procedure i need to look out for.

1. Drain the coolant
2. Remove the fan shroud
3. Remove the cooling fan
4. Remove the accessory drive belt
5. Remove the water pump pully
6. You also may have to remove the vent hose to the emssions canister
7. Remove the heater hose at the water pump
8. Remove the mounting bolts on the water pump and remove it
9. Clean the gasket mounting surfaces
10. Install the water pump in reverse order
