Question Set camber

How do I turn bolt on top ball joint to take some camber out on 4 wheel drive 86 F150? I just took off the 4" lift. Please reply to my e-mail.

Thanks.

It doesn't turn. You buy new ones for each increment you want to change. The bolt through the beam locks the adjuster in place. You best bet is to get your measurement (a magnetic protractor from Sears will work fine), read the top of the current adjuster and figure out the new one you need.

Some aftermarket versions are a twist type.

Thanks again. I went out and sprayed WD40 on it, tapped with a hammer a little bit and it came right out. I put another adjustment sleeve in and tightened everything back down and the bubble is right on the money. Thanks again, a person can learn something new every day.
