How to find a V10
#16
You are right on money fred the cc lb is one nice truck, but going out to find your truck covered in a inch of ice or a foot of snow is enough to make me get a little shorter one to get it inside (but don't worry I will work her hard enough to earn it). I wouldn't even be trading but me + wife+18th old girl = super cab I am sure I will go with the XLT again and delete the carpet. I like all the features on the KR but I just get to dirty to be going in and out of a truck that nice. LOL about the gated community I live out here in the sticks.
I have drove the 5r110 in my buddies 03 he has the PSD wasn't offered with V10's in 03 but have driven it enough to know that I would not have any complaints if I went that way.
I won't say my age but lets say the hair is getting some lighter areas and my first truck had a 3 on the tree and was 2 years old when I got it.

I hear you brother..sounds like you know what you want
BTW I hunt, fish, hike, dirt bike and do all my normal activity with the KR... the real heavy leather cleans up very good if it is first conditioned and oiled properly... the interior now looks like a well worn leather jacket of beautiful 50 year old saddle
Deer blood fish gutz, mud, you name it it don't matter to me... but I know, that since I went with the heavy leather... my dogs and I have not cut or punctured through any of the seat surfaces... a problem I always had with the fake leather, vinyl, or cloth.
So for what I do I think it is the most durable truck interior and I don't care that it does not look Cadillac new any more. It has real character (dog drool, baby puke, and plenty of spilled beer, I mean coffee, from "Hey! hold this while I try something"
moments)

sounds like i'm not the only one with salt and peper hair and bread. and i have to agree with fred about the leather. mine is only a larait dos'n't have the super rich kr leather but it's still leather and i keep it clean and oil up also.
drive i'm also out in the sticks part of new jersey . and can't get much higher in the air and still be in the state.
hunt, fish, fresh and salt water. scuba gear. bikes. cans of nitro fuel from time to time. and tow with it a lot. it's the best dame truck i have ever had and i love it.
and bird dog 3 on the tree i remember it well and still can drive it. just sold my 53 f100 3 speed flathead 8
