A wrecking yard would probably be your best bet.
I've seen some aftermarket do it yourself harnesses, that comes with everything you need, connectors, etc.., but you have to put them together yourself. I haven't seen a OEM style replacement on the market.

I ripped everything out of my truck and just modified it to my liking
