Getting a nicer ride
I been taking to the local off road race shop about how to get a nicer ride out of my f250 4X4.
This what we came up with removing the short rear leaf spring not the overload next one up and adding air bags so when running empty having a good ride and driving with a heavy load just air the air bags up has anyone tryed this if so how did it work out.
I was wondering how would be side to side sway and how stable would the truck be at HWY speed.
One more thing the local off road race shop told me lossen up the shackle bolts grease them up and double nut them and not put a high preload on them so they can swing this will give a better ride.
