Drive belt installation-help

I have a 96 Ford F350 diesel and I just changed an idler pully.I am now trying to install the drive belt and I can't figure out how to move the tensioner pully to put on the belt.I have always bought chevys and they are easy to install.PLEASE HELP!!!!

Don't you stick a 1/2 drive ratchet or breaker bar in the square opening and pry it.

Tensioner

1/2 in breaker bar or Ratchet - Square hole in the Tensioner. Hopefully you already have the Rad hose that goes around the belt rather than through it.
