Im not sure about with these ford radios, but when some ofthe lights when out in my dads stock dakota radio, the dealership said a new radio is the only way to fix it. Im pretty sure that the lights in radios are non-replacable, but i could be wrong.

its not that they are non replaceable its that you would basically have to dismantle the whole thing to get to the teenie little lights and you might break something along the way or not be able to reassemble it properly i.e. if a spring or someting is placed in there by a machine and is held by pressure of the faceplate or something . . . who knows. or it could just not be worth the time and effort so there is no support for it to radio repair shops from the manufact.
