horrible tire rub

I have a 99 4.2l f150 with 35" tires, 3.5 fabtech suspension lift and 3" body lift. I had 8" wheels on it and just bought some new ones last weekend. I used to barley get any tire rub at all with the 8" wheels. Now with the 10" ones its so bad I can barley go around cornors in a parking lot as well as park. The tires are rubbing on the upper control arm. Is there anything that I can do/buy to help fix this problem?

Look at the rim offset, where the bolt pattern is in comparison to the outer bead.
If the new rims have a different offset they may be putting the wheels into the wheel wells further and causing the rub.
