Sold my Expy.. Now what?

I sold my '00 EB yesterday. I gave me 136,000 relatively trouble free miles, and I wanted to get rid of it before issues like LLS, A/C, etc. started popping up. I am thinking of replacing it with an 03 or 04 Navigator. I am hoping for some input concerning reliability with the newer model vs. the older model. Am I naive to hope for the same good fortune? Is the 03 a definite no go vs the 04??

My 03 has been very reliable with only 35K on the ticker.

All things equal, I would have bought a 04. Just didn't want to spend the $$$$$$.

The doors are the same as the first generation. Rattle city.

Otherwise, a very quiet and solid truck.

My 02 has been great. What a nice ride, it's a shame it sucks down the fuel or I'd use it all the time.
