Engine/driveline balance Question
When I removed my flexplate/torque converter and driveshaft from my truck I forgot to mark their respective orientation, so that they could be reinstalled in the same position to maintain rotating balance. Is there any way to make sure they get installed in the correct position w/o these indexing marks? I thought the flex plate could only be installed one way onto the crankshaft and I am replacing the torque converter as well. Thanks for any help on this subject.
