It's been awhile so I thought I would do one.

How is everyone? Anything new or interesting going on?

Not much here. My son turned 4 today so that was exciting. He gets bigger everyday it seems. Trying to figure out what I want to do to my truck next there is just too many possibilties. There are alot of shows and such going on this summer so I hope that I get to finally meet some of you guys.

I'm feeling fantasitic. I got a new job at Westlake ACE hardware for the summer, and today's my last day of finals. Life will be good.

Seem's like someone flipped the busy switch to on last week in my office. Luckily, I had nothing to do this past weekend, or at least was able to stay in town and get some rest. It's the one weekend out of about the previous 3 and the next 4 that I was actually here.

 

Ryan & Tom it's good to hear you guys found your summer jobs.

jtharvey, how is the real estate bus. going (i think that's what you do). We have a couple neighbors selling their houses, the wife and I got a little bit of the itch too.

Yes, real estate is what I do. And it's suddenly gotten really busy. But, that's good for the paycheck. So, it may be tiring, but I'll get my rest over the winter when things start to slow down - hopefully anyway. I'm sure I'll find something else to keep me busy though. I just can't be still.

 

My wife and I just bought in to Lost valley in Drake, MO... met a couple locals who like to go mudding so all seems good for this summer.

My truck is still crippled.. I'm trying ot decide if I buy new 16.5 tires or buy 16" rims & tires

I decided to replace the AC vents in my dash...BIG MISTAKE!!!!

The ENTIRE dash cover is off now, and who know's how many plastic tabs and retainers I am going to have to replace..... gottaa love plastic.

 

Hi.Getting ready to power wash and seal my deck for the year.Hope my 48 makes it to the sandblaster this week.If so I'll start putting it back together next week.Someday I'll make the car show in it.

Not a lot going on down here. I am through with the one school for a while. Finals this week at the second. Then a few weeks off before summer classes start at the first one. Other than that...nothing at all.

 

Not a whole lotta news for me -- mainly yardwork and painting trim on the house. Oh, and I have the taillights off my truck, see if I can get them brighter.

 

Just got back from Idaho, where my sister got married again... my wife graduated as an LPN tonight, so she's pretty happy about that, but one more year to the RN... She'll do fine, just gotta remind her of that...

 

Not much here. Just waiting for the rain to stop so I can mow the yard. Looking forward to memorial day weekend and head for the lake. Hey, Fellro86 tell your wife that if I can make through the RN program so can she.

 

I'm sure she'll do fine... besides, a close friend of mine drove truck for years, then decided to go into nursing, and is an RN, tattoos and all... actually, he went on to BSN. Now he heads the ER.

 

Things can change a lot in a few days. I am going to the supernationals in Knoxville next week!!!! I had totally given up on the idea.

Unfortunately, I will be driving the explorer and not the 56.

 

How is the 56 coming along?
