Transmition engaging roughly into reverse

Hey! I got a 2003 F350 super duty with the triton V10 and an automatic tranny. When i shift it into reverse it sometimes hesitates and then grabs really hard and makes a loud "clunk" noise. Any ideas? Thanks!
