Question F350 Wheel

I am needing a couple of dually wheels for my 86. Is it possible to use wheels from a different manufacturer (Dodge & Chevy) if I can't find any OEM Ford wheels? I know that most and maybe all of the manufacturers went to a metric pattern in the late 90's, so those are not going to fit. I have found wheels that were on a 97 dodge dually and was wondering if they will fit. They are 16 X 6 and the pattern is 8 X 6.5 with the locating pin hold. Those measurements are good but I didn't know if there were any other measurements that I need to know. Thanks.

check the hole in the middle of the rim. I think that the chevy is very slightly smaller and won't fit the ford.

I'am pretty sure the wheels on your truck are hub pilot the first year they if so the lug nuts should have a swivel washer on them. If your truck still has stud pilot wheels which they might if you say you have a alinement pin.

Stud pilot wheels use egg corn nuts or tapered head nuts with dished holes like a standard wheel.

If you have hub pilot wheels you can use any wheel off of a F-350 dually till 97 or so you can use a E-350 dually wheel till the same year the only difference is they have round hand holes in the wheel.

If you want a new wheel you go to www.accuridecorp.com

I do believe the Dodge wheels will work.
The Chevy wheels are to small in the center.
Ford uses hub centric wheels for the rear axle.
The SRW trucks are also hub centric even though they use the tapered lug nuts.
